Funerals - Saying goodbye your way

What does a funeral celebrant do?

My role is to offer families a choice of ceremonies whether that be a cremation, burial, memorial or interment of ashes. With a celebrant, you can celebrate your loved one's life with a ceremony that reflects their wishes and values, reminiscing the good times and paying tribute to them in a unique and personal way. I can write the eulogy, and I always give you a draft of the ceremony so you can add more memories and ideas until it is perfect for you.

What’s involved?

Together, we will craft a ceremony which will commemorate your loved one’s life in a way that honours them - sharing stories, thoughts and the joy of being in their life.

I can help you choose music, poems and readings. Religious aspects can be included if you wish such as prayers and hymns. There are no rules to adhere to - you can light candles, place

flowers or even ask everyone to wear purple! You can celebrate your loved one’s life any way you choose.

What next?

Contact me directly or give my details to your funeral director and I will provide a beautiful, personal and memorable ceremony for your loved one.

"I would just like to thank you for a wonderful service you did for XXXX yesterday - it was her down to a tee. Thank you."
